[CANMEDLIB] Password protected LibGuides/document policies

Hello CHLAers:

I'm working with a colleague to draft a password protection policy for hidden LibGuides and/or documents. Does anyone on this listserv have a similar policy that they worked on and are willing to share their policy and/or tips for items to think about?
