[CANMEDLIB] Systematic review services - question

Hi Everyone,

We are in the process of reviewing our synthesis review services (aka evidence synthesis services, knowledge synthesis services, etc). I have looked in the literature and on library websites to get a feel for how other libraries are currently describing their services. At the moment, I'm looking specifically for any time caps on the service. For instance, we currently state "Review teams can receive up to 10 hours of support through a combination of Training and/or Consultation."

I'm not sure if that level of detail is always provided on library websites or libguides. So I am turning to the hive mind. Does your library have a maximum number of hours of assistance, consultation, training and/or collaboration that researchers can anticipate receiving? If so, do you mind sharing your max and what it applies to?

Thanks!

Catherine
