If you search, or teach searching, to identify studies for systematic reviews or other evidence syntheses, you'll want to learn the value of trials register sources and how to search them effectively. Trials registers and regulatory agency resources are essential information sources for systematic reviews, health technology assessments, and other complex reviews. They are also in constant development and offer thorny searching and record management challenges.
Julie Glanville and Carol Lefebvre, who have taught MLA searching courses since 2014, will show you how to address the challenges of searching trials register and regulatory agency sources.

This instructor-led course offers a small class experience (20 students maximum) with two live sessions and readings, assignments, and discussion outside of class.
