[CANMEDLIB] Does your library offer something out of the ordinary for patrons?

Hello Canmedlib'ers

We've recently been updating our physical library space and in an aim to increase the comfort for patrons, we have started to include extras such as: free small packets of tissues, lamination service (this was huge when vaccine receipts were needed), wireless and wired device charging stations, coffee and tea making facilities, and massage chairs - in addition to a high-quality information service of course!

I'm just wondering what others offer to patrons. Does your library offer something out of the ordinary that patrons appreciate? Prior to COVID, I'd heard of jigsaw puzzles (being put together on site, not for loan) and bowls of apples, much like at the reception of hotels. I'd love to hear any other ideas people have tried.

Cheers,
Karin
